Easy to install

The first step is to take off the cover that was originally installed. This must be removed before the new cover can be fitted.
After removing the cover You can then make use of a flathead tool to remove the four main attachment clips off the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are marked with red on the image below. Also note the locating tab slots, which are yellow, that need to be disengaged also.
Replace the battery with a #CR2032 coin cell battery. Make sure that the "+" positive side of the battery is pointing to the opening of the fob and that the"-" negative side is facing towards the buttons made of rubber.
Attach the mirror cover to the passenger side by aligning the locating tabs. Once you've done this, place the driver side fob back in your vehicle and test it by pressing the button on the front of the car key. If everything is functioning properly the parking lights will be on and the doors will lock.
